Full Stack Development at TravelContact: Innovation in Travel Business Management
As an integral part of the TravelContact team, my role as a full stack developer led me to actively participate in the development and improvement of a cutting-edge solution for travel business management. My responsibilities ranged from creating attractive, functional user interfaces to implementing complex business logic on the backend. I used AngularJS for the front-end, ensuring a smooth and engaging user experience.
On the backend, I worked with Ruby, contributing to the robustness and efficiency of the system. A key aspect of my contribution involved developing and running tests in Ruby to ensure the platform’s quality and optimal performance. This project not only significantly improved the efficiency of travel business operations but also enriched the end-user experience.
Challenges
Application Performance Optimization
During my time at Cleteci, I faced the challenge of assessing and improving our application’s performance under heavy load conditions. Using JMeter, we performed stress tests to simulate a high number of concurrent users, which revealed significant performance issues in certain areas of the application.
